We are looking for businesses and organizations to host their own Toys For Tots event.
Contact us to help support your event and give you official authorization. 

FAMILY AND INDIVIDUAL REQUEST FORM / APPLICATIONS: 
OPEN - 01 OCT 2025  
You MUST apply online to request toys.
- Once you are approved, you will receive an EMAIL with your Toy Pick-Up Appointment time and date.
- You WILL NOT receive a phone call with your appointment time. Make sure to use a good email address.
- Appointment dates will be scheduled for November 15th and 16th only
  
SPONSORING AN EVENT?  OPEN All Year
You can sponsor an event at any time during the year. All toys & money go towards the 2025 campaign.

 - Your event can then be listed on our Local Toys For Tots Events PAGE! Click here.

NOTE: You can Sponsor an Event on a specific date and be a Toy Drop Site for the entire season. You would need to fill out both the Toy Drop Site Form and the Tell Us About Your Event Form

- This is how you get Toy Donation Boxes for your organization.
- Apply for boxes as early as August 2025.
- Your business or organization can be listed on our Toy Drop-Offs page.
- The last day to collect toys will be 06 December 2025.
- Toy boxes should be picked before 11 December.
- If you apply to be a drop site after 11/15/2025, you must come to our warehouse for a toy box/posters.  

NOTE: You can be a Toy Drop Site for the entire season and Sponsor an Event on a specific date. You would need to fill out both the Toys Drop Site Form and the Tell Us About Your Event Form
     
WANT TO VOLUNTEER?  OPEN
Individuals and Groups are welcome to volunteer. Warehouse workers, toy pick-ups, toy box drop-offs, etc.

Is your Business or Organization located in or doing business locally within Harford County? Do you want to make a difference in our LOCAL Toy Campaign in 2025? Join us in making this a season to remember.
- A monetary donation, a donation of goods, or a donation of services can make your company eligible to become a Local Corporate Sponsor.
- Your organization can be listed in our Corporate Partners PAGE and your organizational logo will be displayed in our Thank You to Our Sponsors section.
